The Process of Admission to the Higher Secondary First Year Classes will start immediately after the declaration of Annual examinations' results and on the dates notified by the College Authority.
Students will be admitted on the basis of their merit.
Students securing less than a certain percentage of marks (to be fixed by the Admission Committee) in the Admission Test are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply for Admission.
ADMISSION FORM along with PROSPECTUS can be obtained from the College Office during working hours on payment of requisite fees in specified dates and time.
Presence of Parents / Guardians along with the candidates is a must at the time of Admission.
Students must abide by the Schedule of Admission. The Schedule of Admission etc. will be notified in the College Notice Board.
FACILITIES EXTENDED BY "RAMANUJ GUPTA MEMORIAL CHARITABLE TRUST" FOR POOR BUT MERITORIOUS STUDENTS: Poor but meritorious students with very high percentage of marks and having a strong bent of mind to pursue higher education in science will be considered for monetary help by the "Ramanuj Gupta Memorial Charitable Trust".
Student are directed to enclose the copies of the following documents along with the Application Form for Admission and to produce the Original Copies at the time of Admission for verification.
3 copies of recent passport size coloured Photographs.
Photocopy of Mark sheet of the Last examination passed.
